Classes begin August 19 and 21.
    ​Students choose Tuesday or Thursday classes. 
    ​    Limit of six students per class. 
    Semester one will have 16 ninety minutes classes
    Semester two will follow in January with another 16 classes. 
    Payment to Judy Cahill by check,  or cash. Paypal is available upon request. 
    $320. per semester. Half at start of class and remainder the following month.

    Choose your desired time by checking the box.

    Click on the SUBMIT button after completing EVERY FIELD in the form, including the comment section, which includes phone number.

    This will insure that I receive the form, and will be good for your own records.
